DiaUnderground is a platform store in Shanghai focusing on the presentation of independent fashion brands. In the space events are curated each month under a specific theme. 

We talk about love and healing at the same time, probably because love is complicated and it constantly hurts. I borrowed shapes from dangerous objects and green plants to convey the co-existence of pain and our instinctive renewal energy.

The poster is simply composed with its title LOVE&HEALING. Each letter is turned into a small graphic representing a subtle metaphor. Just like real feelings are needed in love, I considered real textures are needed here. So I made 12 engraved resin stamps of the letters, stamp them on paper, and then got back to screen with the scanned result to make the final composition.
